Fancy a new challenge? The first Wednesday of the month is just around the corner and that means it’s time for our first trial training session in Limburgerhof! We still have a few places available at Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido Limburgerhof e.V. in our children’s groups, which are divided into the age groups 5 to 9 and 10 to 13 years. The adult group is looking forward to reinforcement. Our team consists of certified and recognised trainers, some of whom also have a licence as health trainers for sport in prevention – a plus that is recognised by many health insurance companies. Whether you are between 5 and 65 years old, now is the perfect time to join. The training sessions take place in the Carl-Bosch-Schule Limburgerhof gymnastics hall (right-hand hall) as follows: 17:30 – 18:25 children aged 5 to 9; 18:30 – 19:25 children aged 10 to 13; 19:30 – 20:30 teenagers/adults/young seniors. Young people/adults/young seniors can already take part in outdoor training at 19:00 before the indoor time. Please bring running shoes. If you are joining us for the first time, please complete the free and insured trial membership in advance. This allows you to take part for up to four weeks without any obligations! Our martial art Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido is based on the techniques of the Japanese samurai and offers versatile and varied training. We ask you to register online one day before the training if possible – by 8 pm at the latest. Thank you very much!
