This evening, Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido Limburgerhof e.V. is starting its new courses for adults and young seniors in the Carl Bosch gymnastics hall in Limburgerhof from 7.30 pm. You can already take part in outdoor training in front of the halls at 7 pm. The adult group is looking forward to new members. Our team consists of certified and recognised trainers, some of whom also have a licence as health trainers for sport in prevention – a plus that is recognised by many health insurance companies. Whether you are aged between 14 and 65, now is the perfect time to join. The training sessions take place in the Carl-Bosch-Schule Limburgerhof gymnastics hall (right-hand hall) as follows: 19:30 – 20:30 youths/adults/young seniors. Young people/adults/young seniors can take part in outdoor training from 19:00 before the indoor time. Please bring running shoes. If you are joining us for the first time, please complete the free and insured trial membership in advance. This allows you to take part for up to four weeks without any obligations! Our martial art Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido is based on the techniques of the Japanese samurai and offers a versatile and varied training programme.
