Three courses await those interested in our self-defence for women course offering in May and June 2025. Demand for the last basic courses for women on 9 February 2025 and 30 March 2025 was overwhelming – places were quickly booked up! Self-defence is a holistic approach to dealing with conflict situations that goes beyond self-assertion and self-defence. We are therefore delighted to announce that the next opportunity to attend both the Basic 1 and Basic 2 courses in one day will be on 25 May 2025 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. This course is particularly valuable as there will not be another date until after the summer holidays. In addition, another self-defence training course for women will take place on 25 May at the Carl-Bosch-Hallen in Limburgerhof. However, participation in this monthly self-defence training course requires that a basic course has been attended beforehand. The course not only teaches self-defence techniques, but also strategies for self-assertion and dealing with various conflict situations. Another highlight will be the self-defence scenario day offered by Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido on Saturday, 14 June 2025. This seminar is open to all genders and deals with various situations that can arise in the context of violent crime. Although the focus is not on sexual violence, the safety of all participants is paramount.
