Last Saturday, there was only one free place left for the next upcoming self-defence course for women. We are pleased to announce that due to the high demand for our self-defence course for women, we were able to provide five additional places on 30 March 2025! The huge increase in registrations in recent months shows how important the topic of self-protection is. Our self-protection approach takes a holistic view of how to deal with conflicts. Unlike conventional self-defence courses, which primarily deal with physical confrontations, we start with self-protection in prevention and place a strong focus on the psychological aspects. This way, you are not only prepared for physical confrontations, but also mentally strong and self-confident. We would also like to inform you about our ‘Not with me’ basic course no. 35 in September 2025 in Limburgerhof, for which there are also only seven places left. Another course is also planned for the second quarter of 2025 in Mutterstadt!
