Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido Mutterstadt e.V. will be starting with number 13 with a samurai group of 25 at this year’s carnival parade on 4 March 2025 in Mutterstadt. We only have two places left! Be there for an unprecedented experience, where we will present the diversity and fascination of the Japanese martial art Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido together at the carnival parade on Tuesday, 4 March 2025 in Mutterstadt. The parade is organised by the municipality of Mutterstadt with the organisational support of the MCV ‘Die Geeßtreiwer’. We meet at 1:00 p.m. for the line-up in Mutterstadt on Blockfeldstraße. From there, the procession will set off at 2:11 p.m. in the direction of Neustadter Straße, via Bohligstraße to Messplatz. A street carnival will take place on the forecourt of the Palatinum (Herrmann-Belzner-Platz). Our motto is: ‘Learning Japanese martial arts with and without wooden weapons in a community with fun and passion.’ We want to participate in Gi or Hakama and Haori. Please remember to wear warm clothes under the Gi/Hakama and suitable warm shoes, as it can be cool that day. For safety reasons, we would like to refrain from carrying wooden weapons. This event is aimed at everyone, including children aged 6 and up, who can participate when accompanied by their parents or other caregivers. However, since the trainers/assistants/coaches are involved in the demonstration themselves, the parents are still responsible for supervising their children.
Let’s experience an unforgettable day together full of fun! Further information at:
Please register by 23 February 2025, both members and accompanying persons! We are also looking for someone to take pictures and videos (Canon EOS 760D camera available).
