For the past year now, Samurai martial arts training has been taking place in Neuhofen, specifically designed for senior citizens or participants with physical limitations. This age-appropriate training is aimed at people aged 50, 60 or 70 and upwards, and is an ideal way to promote both mental and physical fitness. The two Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido trainers, Ute Kreischer and her assistant Andreas Anken, both in their mid-60s themselves, design the training sessions to be varied and sensitive to participants’ needs. This allows every participant to take part at their own pace and benefit from the diverse range of movements. The exercises not only strengthen the body but also contribute to concentration and well-being. The training takes place every Friday from 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm at the Bühnensporthalle in Neuhofen. Anyone interested is warmly invited to simply drop by, join in and have fun exercising together. For further information, please contact Ute directly: Tel. 0162 9598382. Join in and do something good for your health!
