To celebrate International Women’s Day on Sunday, March 8, 2026, the women of the Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido clubs in Beindersheim, Limburgerhof, Mutterstadt, Neuhofen, and Waldsee will be hosting a special event at the JuKuZ Limburgerhof community center. Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido teaches martial arts in the tradition of the samurai and adapts them to modern times. On this day, we will introduce you to the female samurai, the Onna-bugeisha, of historical Japan. Historically, warfare and martial arts were not solely the domain of men in Japan. With this event, we want to demonstrate that it has always been important for women to be strong, to recognize their limits, and to be able to defend themselves. For a special day filled with information, demonstrations, and a presentation, we invite you to the JuKuZ (Hans-Sachs-Straße 21) in Limburgerhof on Sunday, March 8, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM to immerse yourself in the world of female samurai. The event is for women, men, and children of all ages! This initiative was launched by women from the Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido clubs to showcase how martial arts empowers them and to share their motivation. Pre-registration is not required but helps with planning. Please contact Ute Kreischer with any questions – Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido Neuhofen e.V. Mobil: 01629598382
