Please remember to register for the individual training sessions in good time, ideally by 8 p.m. the day before. The attendance lists generated by your online registrations are crucial for collecting career points for the next belt exam. Your registration also enables us to plan and organise the training sessions optimally. If you are unable to attend, you can manage your registrations via your login in the portal and cancel them if necessary. This is a valuable support for our team of trainers. We have digitised our processes to reduce the administrative workload for our entirely volunteer trainers and officials and to ensure more training time. However, this also means a little more effort and cooperation on the part of our members. The best training plan is one where I know who is coming. Registering in good time means our trainers have plenty of time to prepare and our members get a good training session. Therefore, PLEASE register in advance for EVERY training session with your FIRST NAME + SURNAME, THANK YOU.” – For insurance reasons, a one-time trial card/trial membership/course booking/ is required for your first training session!
Note: It is not mandatory to register every time, but it makes things much easier for our team of trainers. However, training planning, minimum number of participants required, changes and cancellations can only be communicated to participants who are/were registered! The trainer is also not obliged to add unregistered participants (career point system).
