Just back from Sri Lanka and already the next preparations for the next trips are underway. In addition to other international training sessions in the coming months, the next Samurai Camp is planned for the Easter holidays in 2026, between 28 March and 12 April. This means that families with children can also take part. But it’s not just training on the agenda, there’s also culture, excursions, beaches and palm trees. There will be various packages available, which can be booked through the TUI Travel Centre in Limburgerhof. Whether as a package holiday or individual hotels. Qatar Airways has emerged as the preferred airline after the last flights. What should you know about travelling to Sri Lanka? Tropical climate between 25 and 35 degrees, over 8,000 km away, visa required (costs $52), recommended vaccination for hepatitis B. The country offers a wealth of culture and exotic animals such as elephants and monkeys. Currently, you can expect to pay around £1,100 per person for the flight and simple accommodation with breakfast (example: Topaz Negombo – one night approx. £25 with breakfast) for a 6-day trip. In the example of a TUI package holiday with Sri Lanka Airlines and accommodation at Goldi Sands Negombo with half board in a double room, approx. £1,200, and with all-inclusive 9 days approx. £1,450. The total varies depending on the number of days booked. The Samurai Camp takes place from 1 to 5 April! We recommend planning at least one day before and after!
