Your opinion matters: Which design should our new website have? Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido is further developing its digital presence – and our members, friends and anyone interested can have their say until Saturday 15 August 2026. There are four different design options to choose from. Which design should form the basis for our future website? As part of Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido’s ongoing development, our website is also undergoing a comprehensive modernisation. The future website is intended to be more modern, clearer and technically up to date, whilst at the same time preserving the unique character and values of Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido. We do not wish to make this important decision alone: The community should have a say.
Four designs – one shared direction
Four different designs have been developed for the future website. The structure and core content are based on a shared concept, but differ significantly in their colour scheme and atmosphere:
- Design 1 – Light green / Natural green: Light shades of green and beige with dark green and red accents. Natural, friendly and rooted in tradition.
- Model 2 – Green / Yellowish: Warm yellow-green and beige, combined with dark green and the characteristic red accents of Tatsu-Ryu Bushido.
- Model 3 – Warm Gold / Orange: Vibrant shades of gold, orange and beige with black and red. The most colour-intensive and warmest variant, with a particularly distinctive Japanese atmosphere.
- Model 4 – Cream / Beige: Light cream, beige and grey tones with black and carefully placed red accents. Calm, elegant and deliberately understated.
- UPDATE Model 5 – A mix of 3 and 4, like our eBook, only this one’s a bit darker!
- UPDATE AI Model 6 – is a compromise between Model 4 (70%) and Model 2 (30%) from the Copilot AI assessment
Preserving tradition – shaping the future
All four designs focus on one key aspect: the new website must remain unmistakably Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido. Japanese design elements, our traditional values and our familiar colour scheme will be combined with a modern and user-friendly online presence. At the same time, training programmes, courses, dates, knowledge and culture, as well as the latest news, will be even more readily accessible in future. The redesign is therefore not merely a visual change; it forms part of the long-term development of our digital offering.
