Be part of it! Support the further expansion of Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido in Sri Lanka with a tatami donation! Dear martial arts friends and supporters, We are pleased to announce that the expansion of our main base, the Honbu Dojo in Ragama, is progressing steadily! Construction work is currently underway to bring two halls to the same level and add two more floors. The new second floor will feature a spacious training room for Muay Thai and MMA. The new third floor will house accommodation and seminar rooms. On the ground floor, the large area on the left will be covered with mats for courses. We currently offer various courses such as MMA, Muay Thai, yoga, Zumba and Danger Zone stuntman training. On the right will be the health room and fitness area, also with a small mat area. To further support this major project, Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido in Germany needs new training materials. Specifically, we are planning to purchase 60 new tatami mats (training mats), each measuring 1×1 metre and 4 cm thick. The mats will be designed in an attractive combination of red and blue. The cost per mat is approximately £13, which amounts to a total value of £900. Everyone can contribute to achieving this goal! You can participate in our project by purchasing one or more mats, which are already available in our shop. As a token of our gratitude, the names of all donors will be immortalised on a plaque in the new hall. Our next visit to the site is planned for early April 2026.
