In addition to ongoing online training and standard training courses such as those in Limburgerhof or Ragama in Sri Lanka, further training courses are held for trainers, especially those from abroad. This will also be the case in Sri Lanka at the beginning of December 2025. Here, trainers will find learning units between 4 December and 7 December 2025 at the training centre of the Sri Lanka Muay Thai Kickboxing Federation and Sri Lanka Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido Kai. The team of speakers includes Dr Renil Fernando, Sri Lanka, and Christian Wiederanders, Germany. Work will continue here on the international trainer and teaching concept at various levels. Key findings from yoga training theory and the concept of the German Olympic Sports Confederation and its licensing system have been incorporated here and are being made internationally applicable. From 2027, trainers from Central Asia and East Africa will be trained at this centre. In addition, a preliminary meeting for the upcoming Samurai Camp 2026 will take place at the beginning of April.

Tatami mats for Sri Lanka – fundraising campaign

Support the expansion of Tatsu-Ryu Bushido in Sri Lanka with a tatami donation! Dear martial arts friends and supporters, We are pleased to announce that the expansion of our main base, the Honbu Dojo in Ragama, is progressing steadily! Construction work is currently underway to bring two halls to the same level and add two more floors. 115 mats fit into Dojo 1 on the ground floor. In March, we were able to purchase 50 new blue/red tatami mats. Now we need another 60 tatami mats in a campaign between November 2025 and March 2025! The next visit is at the beginning of April 2026, and we hope to hand over the donation so that we can purchase the remaining mats! Thank you very much for your support!
