There is another offer for the self-defence course for women at Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido. On Sunday, 23 November 2025, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Carl-Bosch-Sporthalle in Limburgerhof. The course covers simple and effective methods for protecting yourself in an emergency, as well as strategies for preventing dangerous situations from arising in the first place. Offender psychology, self-defence tools and realistic scenario training are all included in this compact basic course. Take advantage of the last date for the 2025 basic course for women! Also interesting: On Sunday, 9 November 2025, there will be a second self-defence course for all genders. The focus here will be on the tactical pen, a legal tool that you can carry with you every day to protect yourself in an emergency. Parts 1 and 2 do not build on each other. So if you were unable to attend part 1, you can still participate here.
