On Friday, 10 October 2025, the new children’s group (KIDS3) of Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido in Limburgerhof began training. Six children were welcomed that afternoon by the team of trainers, consisting of Tyler Roos, Rich Hillman and Christian Grünert. During the training session, the children learned the basic etiquette in a dojo (training room), e.g. greeting each other at the beginning and end of the training session and treating their training partners with respect, the basic stance Kiba-no-Kamae (horse stance) and their first attacking technique, the straight punch Tate-tsuki. There are still places available for children aged five and above, every Friday at 5.30 p.m.. As the group has only just started, we are also offering training sessions during the autumn holidays. Not only the children, but also the instructors enjoyed the training very much. After this good start, we are looking forward to welcoming new children, meeting new parents and easing the overcrowded training situation in the Wednesday groups. Sign up now for a free trial membership for up to four weeks and immerse yourself in the Japanese martial art of Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido.
