In Limburgerhof, the children not only experience indoor training, but also exciting outdoor training. The children enthusiastically embraced the spontaneous changes to indoor and outdoor training and transformed the schoolyard into an ‘open air dojo’. Like true samurai, they did not shy away from the challenge of training on uneven terrain. The focus was on coordination and training their sense of balance. The unevenness of the meadow required the children to adapt their basic stances and footwork, which added a whole new dimension to their usual training. This special training session not only promoted the children’s agility and dexterity, but also provided an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the challenges of outdoor training in a fun way. The participants clearly had fun adapting to the new conditions and refining their techniques in an unfamiliar environment. This experience will certainly remain in the children’s memories and strengthen their team spirit. Interested?
