Next Saturday, 15 March 2025, the first aqua fitness series 2025 will start with 5 dates until 12 April 2025 in the Oggersheim swimming pool. Registration is via the city of Ludwigshafen and is limited to 15 places. The Sports and Volunteering department is offering an aqua fitness course from Saturday, 15 March in the Oggersheim indoor pool. The course comprises five lessons of 45 minutes each and takes place from 11 am to 11.45 am. The participation fee is 50 euros. Aqua fitness training is particularly suitable for active health promotion and is more popular than ever as a prevention course. Promoting health and being in your favourite element of water at the same time – this is only possible with aqua fitness training.
