On Wednesday 26 March 2025, Limburgerhof was the venue for the first Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido belt examinations of the year. On this special day, the focus was on the children’s belt examinations in the colours white-yellow, white-orange and white-green. The examinations for the white-green belt, which were taken by four talented young Bushido-Ka, deserve special mention: Moritz Brennermann, Anne Börner, Esther Börner and Johanna Quell. Despite the great excitement that comes with such examinations, all the candidates mastered their tasks with flying colours. They were proud to receive their new belts and the corresponding certificates. The examinations covered both practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge about Japanese culture, the samurai and the art of fighting. The participants demonstrated not only technical skill, but also a deep understanding of the philosophy behind Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido. The exciting evening concluded with the belt examination of Julian Davidson, who demonstrated his skills and was awarded a green belt (6th Kyu). Congratulations to all the candidates for their outstanding achievements! You have taken a significant step in your martial arts journey. We look forward to following your development and wish you all the best for the challenges ahead!
