Register now to secure your place! The Nicht-mit-mir basic courses are very popular and quickly fill up, as did courses NR35 + NR36 in September 2025! The first basic course in 2026 will start on 6 March 2026 with the basic self-defence course NR.37, which consists of three course days on Fridays. The course is limited to 20 children and takes place on Fridays at the Carl-Bosch-Schule gymnastics hall and outdoor facilities, WITHOUT parents or spectators! ‘Not with me – protect yourself from violence!’ is a multi-award-winning, Germany-wide and nationally standardised prevention, self-assertion and self-defence concept for children and young people. Please note: The course will only take place if there are at least 7 registrations! The registration deadline is 28 February 2026 at 8 p.m.!
