For all participants of a Nicht-mit-mir basic course, we offer an advanced course in November 2025. The next course will take place over two days in November at the Carl-Bosch-Hallen Limburgerhof and will consist of four learning units. The content will build on what was learned in the basic course and introduce new techniques. A special feature here is that exercises are practised using artificially generated stress in order to simulate situations that are as realistic as possible. The course also takes place WITHOUT parents and spectators! ‘Nicht mit mir – Schütz dich vor Gewalt!’ (Not with me – protect yourself from violence!) is a multi-award-winning, Germany-wide and nationally standardised prevention, self-assertion and self-defence concept for children and young people. You can register for this course here on the homepage until 10 p.m. on 14 November 2025 at the latest. Limited to 35 places. The course will only take place if there are at least 10 registrations!
