We are back on Thursdays from 4 September 2025! Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido Waldsee e.V. is once again offering regular training sessions. The opening training session was well attended, including guests from the local clubs in Neuhofen, Limburgerhof and Mutterstadt. Senpai Martin offered intensive technical training in the use of the Japanese sword. Some children also took part and had fun – even if they struggled to concentrate towards the end of the training session. In future, you can look forward to more exciting training sessions on the martial arts of the samurai. Always on Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. in the multi-purpose room (Hermann-Gmeiner-Schule) next to the Kulturhalle. For breakfalling and throwing techniques, we move to the schoolyard (playground with wood chips for safe falling) – we will also occasionally train outdoors for long weapons. With various weapons and many unarmed techniques, Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido leads you in the footsteps of the samurai and teaches you traditional Japanese martial arts.
