On Sunday, 19 May 2025, the Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido Mutterstadt e.V. team travelled to Neckargemünd to the clubhouse of the Schützenverein for a topic-specific coaching session as part of the Sportverein der Zukunft project. Sportverein der Zukunft supports clubs in the implementation of projects for the digitalisation and modernisation of the club system. The project coaches Sascha Nagel and Tim Schäfer explained various software options and selection criteria for the various topics of the participating sports clubs. Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido Mutterstadt e.V. is working on the creation of a digital learning platform. This should provide members with many new tools for preparing for belt examinations and for practising and learning at home. In addition, the aim is to relieve the burden on the honorary office by embedding the career points system. Currently, attendance is tracked manually by the dojo admins and converted into career points. This process can then be simplified in future and members can view the status of their career points at any time. In addition, a lot of video and text content will be made available for the trainees. In addition to intensive project coaching, the association will also receive funding for the implementation.
