Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido, which has its roots in the Palatinate/Germany, has now been in existence for 37 years. Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido classes began on 4 April 1987 as a martial arts club/leisure group in Limburgerhof (Rhineland-Palatinate). Limburgerhof is located in the Palatinate between Ludwigshafen / am Rhein and Speyer. It was founded by Christian Wiederanders, who is still active as an honorary member of Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido Limburgerhof e.V. today. In the early years, the first classes were held three to five times a week outdoors on the grounds of the Rudolf-Wihr-Schule Limburgerhof. One of the first 8 participants was master student Juan Antonio Pena Salinas, who now lives in Gran Canaria and teaches Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido. Many national and international schools were added over the years . . .
